Thank you Southend Soroptimists

A huge and heartfelt thanks from Purple Teardrop Campaign to SI Southend who have collected up 1250 bras for Free the Girls as part of their International Women’s Day activities. Southend residents brought their pre-loved bras to the Royals Shopping Centre and amongst the many visitors welcomed to the Soroptimist stand were the Mayor Councillor Judith McMahon and local MP, Sir David Amess.

And with some 150 signatures added to our ‘Ban Sex for Sale Advertising’ Campaign too, you’re amazing Southend Soroptimists! Thank you!
