Trafficking Survivor Care Standards Launched.

The Purple Teardrop Campaign is supportive of the Human Trafficking Foundation’s launch of the Trafficking Survivor Care Standards.

The proposed standards aim to improve service provision by ensuring that adult survivors of trafficking consistently receive high quality care wherever they are in the UK. They provide a flexible framework with guiding principles and practical recommendations that support agencies can incorporate into their own existing policies and procedures.

The standards have been prepared in response to extensive consultation with organisations working closely with survivors of trafficking across the UK. A wide range of professionals were involved at various stages of the process to ensure the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the information provided.
