Weymouth Fund Raiser

Weymouth based charity, Thomas Fowell Buxton Society, continues to fund raise to erect a memorial to Thomas Fowell Buxton who was Weymouth MP 1818 to 1837 and primarily responsible for the 1833 Abolition of Slavery Act.

The Society invites you to a piano recital on Saturday, 14 June at 7.3opm at St Mary’s Church, Weymouth when Duncan Honeybourne will play works by Liszt, Chopin, Swaffield and Schumann.

Tickets are £12.50 (adults), £10 (seniors), £7.50 (students) and £5 (children). The recital will last approx 1.5 hours including an interval when guests will be served wine and refreshments.
