Children’s Homes Report – Out of Sight, Out of Mind

In a report published today on children’s homes, the government recognises that childen in care are being trafficked into sexual exploitation. Two working groups are being set up to look at the quality and effectiveness of children’s homes with the objective of better protecting young people vulnerable to traffickers.
