Purple Teardrop Campaign Goes West

Barnstaple Soroptimists held a Purple Teardrop Campaign seminar to raise awareness of human trafficking in the  South West. Representatives from the Purple Teardrop Campaign and Devon & Cornwall police presented global, national and regional information on sex trade trafficking. Delegates were surprised that human trafficking takes place in the West Country and left the seminar determined to help stamp out slavery in their communities.
